Import Restrictions

Please be aware that certain items cannot be imported, such as Alcohol, Agricultural Remedies, Animals, Batteries, Flammable Materials, Farm Feeds, Currency, Food, Furs, Chemicals, Explosives, Medications, Plants, Poisons, Seeds, Supplements, Nutrients, Pressurized Cans, Tactical Equipment, Vitamins, Weaponry, and Weaponry Accessories. In such cases, the information provided serves as a reference and informational source only, as the item will not be imported. Should any restrictions, including carrier restrictions or import/sales restrictions under South African or American law, prevent the importation of an item, we retain the right to cancel and refund the order in its entirety.

Cancellation Fees

Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, you will bear the shipping costs incurred in returning the item to the original seller. A 30% handling fee will also be applied. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and signed by the original purchaser. Items of a personal nature, such as jewelry, sexual wellness and clothing, are non-returnable. The acceptance of returns or cancellation requests is subject to our discretion, taking into account factors such as the nature of the goods or services booked, the notice period, the potential to find an alternative customer, and industry practices in general.
