ImportCo uses a variety of trusted couriers to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your orders. We do not rely on the Post Office, and we require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Your order will be delivered 10-20 working days indicated on the terms and conditions and product page. Delivery times for each product are specified on the respective product pages and during the checkout process.

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of your order and your location. Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process. Shipping rates start at R99.00 for delivery to major centers, and if your is worth more than R3000, the delivery is free.

You can track your delivery at any time by selecting the order from your Order History on your ImportCo profile.

If there are any changes to the delivery date, we will promptly notify you by email.

Returns

We exclusively order and ship brand new items, and as a result, we do not accept returns of items that have been sent back to us by customers. This policy helps us reduce costs and maintain efficient operations, which ultimately benefits our customers. It also ensures that our customers receive only brand new, sealed items.

USA, UK,-origin goods can be returned, but they must be returned to the USA or UK within 30 days of your original order date. In such cases, we will only refund the value of the item itself. Shipping costs, VAT, duties, and our service fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which can often be expensive and result in a refund amount lower than the original purchase price.

Please note that for all imported items returned due to a change of mind or no longer being wanted, a mandatory 30% handling fee will be applied in addition to the return costs. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

Opened, used, or damaged goods, as well as personal items such as jewelry and underwear, sexual wellness items cannot be returned.
